If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we will collect your email address, name and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request).

Mailing List Subscription

In the event you voluntarily sign up to our mailing list, you will be requested to provide your contact details, such as name and email address.

Purpose and Operations

The information will be used to match your request and provide you with the requested Third-Party Providers' listing or otherwise to be contacted by an applicable Third-Party Provider (depending on the type of form or tool you interact with, as detailed below). Please note that these forms or tools are handled directly by ourPartners(as detailed in our Terms and hereinafter shall be further referred to as "Partners" ) – meaning, we implement their technologies on our Website and the information you provide will be shared and transmitted directly to our Partners and will not be stored by us, nor we will have access to such information. Please note that, in such event, the Partner's privacy practices and policies shall govern the collection, transfer and use of your Personal Information, and accordingly you should contact the Partner for any privacy-related questions or where you wish to exercise your rights related to your Personal Information. Collection of IP address is needed both for website’s operation, security and fraud detection purposes. Online identifiers and usage information are collected for internal statistics and analysis, for example, to analyses how many users have accessed certain Content and from which country (where the country is extracted from the IP address) in order to enhance and improve our Website and its Content. In addition, User IDs are further used in order to track performance and calculate payments generated from our engagement with the Third-Party Providers, meaning, once you interact with Third Party Resources (such as listing and forms) through our Website, the User ID enables us and our Partner to identify our Website as the source of your interaction, and compensate us, as well as detect fraud.
